Chadwick, MO September 12, 13 & 14th

Good Morning to all! At this time, we are scheduling a ride at Chadwick, MO on September 12, 13 & 14th. It would appear that based on the following information that several trails are either under maintenance or have already had trail maintenance completed.

The Forest Service will be conducting trail work from Trail 171 northeast to Trail 110. Daily closures are possible, watch for signs. For your safety and ours, please follow signs. Work Completed: Major work including re-routes of trails and heavy maintenance has been completed on the following trails: Trail 113 (from 105 to 114), Trails 105, 108, 110, 134, 135 and 135B. Trail 110 is now a trail only – the width of the trail has changed significantly and a gate has been installed at Camp Ridge – please use caution in this area. The ponds near the Family Play Area have also been fenced off to enhance the wetland habitat. Working On: Work will be completed in the Family Play Area by planting wetland species around ponds and installing educational signs. Heavy Maintenance is being completed on Trails 129, 106, and 113 (from intersections of Trail 128B and 108. Implementing the conversion of trails northeast of Trail 110 to single track only.

Looks like quite a few of us are going to be heading down on Friday morning to get camp set up for a 3 day weekend. Wishing everybody a safe and enjoyable trip. Hit me up if you need anything over the next couple of evenings.
