2010 MEETING DATES

During the Meet-N-Greet on 03/27/2010, we had discussed putting up the following dates for review by all members. We ask for all members input so that we can try and work around others schedules as well. We will be updating the following information as time progresses. We had discussed the possibility of perhaps trying to alternate between Saturdays & Sundays, depending on the ride location and whether or not members are planning on camping.

April 24, 2010 - Club Meeting / Ride Event - Perry Lake - Perry, KS (This is a firm date)

[color=red]May 22 or May 23, 2010 - Club Meeting / [b]Need to select date and location. (Weekend before Memorial Day Weekend)[/color]

June 19, 2010 - Club Meeting / [b]Perry Lake - Perry, KS.

July 18 (816RIDER) and July 31, 2010 (ZRACER's) - Club Meeting

August 28 or August 29, 2010 - Club Meeting / Need to select date and location.

September 25 or September 26, 2010 - Club Meeting / Need to select date and location.

October 23 or October 24, 2010 - Club Meeting / Need to select date and location.

so are we aloud to stay and camp at perry havent been there yet lol...

Yes, Perry Lake does have a place for overnight camping. However, you will have to load up your ATV's and trailer them to and from the camping site(s).

It would probably be best to double check with the Corp Of Engineers guidelines and regulations.

ok it dint say anything about 3wheelers not aloud so ill try my best to be there=)

all i can say about three wheelers is last spring when i was there, there was two big reds and a little 110 riding around. one of the big reds was even being past in the parking lot be a park ranger. the ranger looked as he went on.

Thanks Lucas, that would be fantastic, get back with me on any of the above dates that you could do it and if you have another date in mind let me know as well. You have been so good to the members by letting folks ride there and we REALLY appreciate it.

no problem its a blast watching ever race and play around, and the members are the reason for half or more of the trails so thanks to you guys as well,

Let me check with Melissa to see when would be a good time for us to host a meeting. We live 15 minutes from Deepwater riding area and Sparrow foot. We could possibly camp out or have the meeting at our house. We live on a street that has a cirlce drive is the only drawback. The house is big, and so is the back yard. My son made an atv track there at one time. I do plan on putting in a horseshoe throwing range (2 pits) and I do have a regulation size pool table. No smoking in the house though. Melissa is allergic tp cigarrette smoke! Even makes her mom smoke outside.

I too am allergic to cigarette smoke, I feel her pain, its hard to go anywhere without smoke.

That would be great Rickey and Mike. Sounds like this year is going to be a good year of riding.

This year is going to be GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT, I can see the enthusiasm already and it tells me that the club is definitely going in the right direction, we can get some more members and even more riding spots and we will always have a place to ride.

To those of you offering to host meetings, we REALLY appreciate it and our guys and gals always leave the area cleaner than they found it, we have waivers that protect us and yourselves, and if they dont follow club rules and most importantly YOUR rules then they leave, no questions asked. Thank you so much for offering to do this and we look forward to taking you up on it soon.

I should be off the 24th and plan on making the Perry run to actually meet and ride. I am taking a friend to finger lakes on the 17th barring having to work or bad weather.I'm ready for some riding.
