atv Park that needs help

I know that most of you guys are around the Kc area but there is a Atv Park in Topeka Ks called Oakland Trails that the city is trying to close because of people riding down the streets and get hurt there is other club started up to try and save this place from getting shut down. Our club is going to try and help to keep this open too. they are looking for as much help with this so dont know if any of you can help with this but we need to work together to keep our parks open. he is the website for the Club that is in Topeka www.sc-trail.com Please go and check it out and support them show we have a place to ride and you can ride dirt bikes there too thanks guys Jeff

Who actually owns the property where the trails are located, public or private land?

Would like to take the dirtbike out there and play on those hills. I totally understand the issue they have with locals. Usually the excuse is they've been "doing it for 20 years"..

Topeka Parks and rec owns the land. I will try and research their site a bit this week to try and find out when their next meeting is so that we can further evaluate the area.

yea it is i good place to ride it just needs people that care about the place to go in there and clean it up last time i was there all kinds of things there junk everywhere. yea that is the main thing people riding up and down the street people dont like it and everyone should know not to do it that the ones that is messing it up for everyone.i just thought get all of the clubs together and maybe we can get them to not close it for us you know.
