Jeep Cherokee

Well here are the before and after pictures. Still got sway bar quick disconnects, new shoes, driveshaft, brake lines, and pitman arm to put on. It is still in the shop for now.   The estimated time to put it on in 8 hours is completely wrong for our family. lol. Started putting the lift on at 2 on Saturday. Stayed up till 1 in the morning that night trying to get as much done as possible. Getting the rear springs off of it was what took so long. The boys said before we started doing it that the rear was the easy part... lol. Also put on the slip yoke eliminator kit. Still got to build the bumpers and the exoskeleton.

Looks like it's coming along good!

Newest hiccup. Driveshaft. Took it to Bolin and they said it would be cheaper to buy a new one.   Got told on the phone Saturday that they could make our driveshaft into what we needed for $40-$100.

ITS DONE! Here are the latest pictures! We had to test it.

lol. Probably not for a while. We still need to build the rear bumper with the hitch in it and get the old man a bike. =)

Rocktober Fest 2014

Still no bike for the man, no exo yet either and no rear bumper. Exo is next on the list for the jeep to get! Probably a few months before we have the money saved up for that but I am still excited to see it come together. Maybe one of these days we will be done. LOL! jk. A project will never be done, always something new we will want to put on it.

Bring it on down to Rocktober Fest 2014 in Disney, OK

It's not gonna get taken off road till we get the exo on it. It would be a pain to fix, again, if we ended up rolling it or bashing something in in the rear quarter panels. Maybe next year we will be in a better position to go places. I hope we are because I want to see these places!

Yeah, we've got a member taking his everyday driver down and just going out to the play ground are for the entertainment.

I will talk to him. We just got our tubing bender and dies. Now we just have to find chromoly for a decent price. HA!
