I bought a 96 Polaris xplorer to rebuild. I used to go to a guy in Levenworth to rebore the cylinder but it seems like he is no longer around. Does anyone know where to take a head to be rebored? Hopefully reasonably priced. Thanks

Thanks! I have been lurking around every once in a while. I am pretty pumped up to get this quad going. I have never rode a utility quad let alone two stroke one. How have you been?

Doing great here.

Bryce aquired a Blaster with several aftermarket parts for a very reasonable price. It had a new top end at time of purchase. However, it would fall flat on it's face and die after warmup. Ended up being the crank seals. He pushes it several blocks from our house to ride with a buddy in some woods behind his house. I haven't told him there was no freaking way that I would have pushed that darn thing that far whenever I was that age....LOL

We need to get together for another Meet & Eat!

Lol talk about motivation to ride. My problem when I was young was that I wanted to ride to the trails from my house. The cops never seemed to like that. Meet and eat sounds like a good plan. Jerry mentioned riding this Saturday a perry.

I always pushed my dirt bike back and forth to the riding area also. I don't have any idea what all the cops were lookin for around the neighborhood. Smile

Yeah well, I rode mine right out of the garage and onto the old red rock roads around Hickory Meadows. They weren't all paved like they are now for those of you that have been to the trailer in Oklahoma.
