Curado came down, we pulled the plug and cleaned it then we opened the airbox. Drained oil that was in there. It was a lot of oil! We gathered that the piston ring has broken and is letting oil bypass the piston into the hose coming from near the top of the cylinder, getting sucked up by the carburetor. Then it is expelled by the exhaust. Does this sound right to you mechanic types or not? Please advise!!! I think that I need a CLYMER MANUAL so I can take it apart and fix it. Money is kinda tight for everyone, cant really afford a shop unless it would be real reasonable. HELP YOU ALL!!

Is it maybe too full of oil that will make them smoke badly. I've seen people overfill bikes many many times. I've even done it on our jetski till I found out you check it after running it.
Sometimes bikes can also pop a valve seal up out of the head or wear out a valve seal and let oil get by and run down the valve. Its pretty easy to take the intake off and see if one of the intake valves is coated with oil/bypassing oil into the combustion chamber, it can do the same on the exhaust side and you can take off the exhaust and look at the valves usually. If it were a valve seal its fairly simple to fix and under $30 in parts. Otherwise it is the rings as stated and can require a piston, rings and or a cylinder bore if its worn or scratched. I'd say there's a 95% chance its rings not valve seal.

Found out after a little research that Clymer nor Haynes makes manuals for the 200. Seems only the factory makes them. $55.00 later. OUCH!!
