Anyone any good about getting one wired.....1st wire job would be wiring a 12v maxx power air and a car stero to a 12v battery, that will be charged up when plugged in to the truck trailer plug. 2nd wiring job would be to install a out side plug (to be plugged in to a camp site) then go from there to a small breaker box, from the breaker box to a future ac unit, another from the box would go to 4 diff. plug in outlets, a third wire from the box would go to a light switch then to a couple lights to mount ..............Just was not sure if there was anyone that knows how and what there doing to do this job

I am not sure how to do the wiring to get the truck to power it, I can do home electric and im sure we could figure it out lol.

I would put a breaker box in with a generator hookup, that way if you have a small generator you can just plug it right into the breaker box and power everything if you dont want the truck to run dead or on empty lol.

My last trailer was hooked up, where i plugged in the trailer to the truck, like normal, then it had a 12 volt battery it went to and would charge it when i was hooked up to it, it went to some 12v lights and also ran the 12volt power jack, I kind of liked that set up. But then I could go to a camp spot and plug-in and i had electricity powering the other lights and outlets, so there was 2 diff. light switches

yeah you would need at least one power converter with a breaker box and etc.

Well, I installed a 12v gel battery, ran the pos. up to a 12v box that take the blade fuses, installed a am/fm cd player with 2 5 1/4 speakers, so now I have sound, in a couple of weeks I am going to have a rv style a/c unit installed, also for the time being I am going to just buy a couple cots to sleep on, and then I am so ready to sleep in it in style, lol...............oh I need some carpet 14' long and 7' wide, lol

Hey Jodie,
We have had several experiences with our leader's cots over the years of Boy Scout camping. I personally like the larger on that you can at least roll over on. We have also found out that if you buy a Cabella's or Bass Pro brand that they come with a life time warranty. It bends or breaks, you just take it back and exchange it without any hassle.

Just my 2 cents......

Nope, not at all.......We always took our own down to scout camp and swapped them out once the inspectors came thru the first day though....LOL.
